Week 4: Arkansas makes big move, 3 new teams enter poll after chaotic week

After one of the most chaotic weeks of college football in recent memory, many teams made big moves up and down in this week’s SMP Poll.

Arkansas jumped to No. 11 following a victory over Texas A&M, Notre Dame moved back into the top ten following a victory over Wisconsin, and Clemson and Iowa State dropped dramatically after close losses.
